The office buildings of Haidian district government with three floors underground locate in wan liu area with heating area of 58493 square meters and construction area of 45661 square meters. With application of geothermal energy heating pump system, one central heating and cooling engine room was built with 8 HT760 TYPE and 1 HT380type energy promoter and 9 sets of single well heating exchanger geothermal energy collection system to collect 5400 KW of energy. Underground part of terminal system is wind system. There are Fan-coil Unit and fan system above the ground .The terminal system is designed for heating, cooling and supplying daily hot water. 64.4%of consumed energy in winter in heating season (heating, wind and daily water supply) is regenerative.
